Group Registration

Group registration is available for a group of 11 or more paying delegates from the same company registering for the full event (member and/ or non-member). Acceptance is at the discretion of the organizers.

To register as a group, please contact us at [email protected], specifying the number of participants that you would like to register.

Group from 11 to 25: fee per attendee discounted at $325
Group from 26 to 50: fee per attendee discounted at $250

The group registration cannot be combined with other discounts (speaker or session chair discount for example).

Attendees that have already registered are not permitted to cancel and rebook under a group discount.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to [email protected]

The following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellations received up to August 15: Full refund minus a $100 administration fee
Cancellations received as of August 15 or no-shows: No refund

All costs referred to are in USD and all payments must be made in USD. During the online registration process, payments by major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted.

Please note that SCDM does not accept conference registration fee payments by check.

Registration Booking Period

For bookings made and paid before August 14: a discounted ‘Early Bird’ registration fee applies.

After August 14: the increased ‘standard’ registration fee is applicable to all bookings until September 16.

Contents of the SCDM 2020 Virtual Conference will be available for all registrants for 3 months after the event.
